Plastic Pipe Butt Welding Machines

The Maxiplast is a mobile plastic pipe welding machine for heating element butt welding of pipes and fittings made from polyolefins in sizes DA 50–160mm. The robust base unit features two aluminium clamping tools each pivotable 15° for making segment bends. Reduction inserts in narrow, wide or super-wide configurations cover all clamping options; solid steel clamping tools in narrow format are available for fittings with very short legs. Ball-bearing guided base with trapezoidal spindle and spring-damped force application gives fast travel for short changeover times and smooth pressure build-up. Compact and robust construction makes it ideal for restricted access and site conditions. A bench stand is available for static use. The electrically driven face planer (230V / 400W) and electronically controlled heating element (230V / 800W) with non-stick coating, external switch and indicator lights meet all DVS 2208 requirements. Transport case with additional storage compartments included. Available in 110V versions.
